This new 41-acre residential and retail community is designed to connect Ybor City with the Channel District. The north building is four stories, 162,8884 square feet, and 315 affordable housing units. The south building is five stories and 175,246 square feet. It will consist of residential units, management offices, and retail spaces. The residents will also have access to multiple trails for walking or biking, a park, and lots of green space.
