Snell Selected as EOR of Fruitville Commons

Snell Engineering has been selected as the Engineer of Record (EOR) for a new development on the northeast corner of Fruitville Road and Interstate 75 in Sarasota, FL. This is the first large housing and retail space east of the interstate on interstate 75 and will undoubtly help to encourage Fruitville's growth east as portions of Lakewood Ranch continue south
